1. Introduction and Applicability

bet jl reserves the right to decline or close an account if any of the following conditions are not met:

• The applicant is under 21 years of age.
• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• The same person holds more than one account.

Only one account is permitted per user. If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or network, bet jl reserves the right to verify this in advance.

3.1 Password and Login Security

The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account login details secure. Passwords must never be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access is suspected, bet jl support must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

bet jl may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification when needed. bet jl has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

bet jl currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The registered mobile number must be used at the time of withdrawal.
• To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the wagering requirement must be completed.

4.2 Transaction Responsibility

If a user provides incorrect payment details, bet jl does not bear responsibility for any loss from the transaction. If a deposit is sent to the wrong number or a withdrawal is requested for the wrong amount, support must be contacted to resolve the situation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers from bet jl come with specific wagering conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly under any circumstances — winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a balance of ৳2,000; ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer states otherwise.
• If any bonus is used to collect funds or is abused strategically, bet jl reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonus offers may have a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after they expire.

6. Games and Betting Rules

The bet jl platform offers games in the slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and crash games categories. The individual rules for each game are set by the respective third-party provider.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game session cannot be completed due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or software error, bet jl will make a decision based on the game provider's log records. bet jl is not responsible for unintended outcomes caused by technical reasons.

6.2 Suspicious Activity

If an attempt is made to gain an advantage through the use of bots, exploiting software vulnerabilities or any form of manipulation, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and all winnings in that account may be forfeited.

6.3 Betting Limits
